Squire Australia provides free delivery within Australia. Delivery time is usually within 2-3 business days in the Sydney Metro Area and within 5 business days to regional areas.
Any orders made on Public Holidays or weekends will be dispatched on the next business day. When you have completed your Purchase our team will organize for your product to be delivered by a courier or via Australia Post, at the discretion of Squire Australia. Either way we will notify you when your product is dispatched and provide you with tracking details.
If you are not at the address when we try to deliver the parcel, then the courier or Australia Post will leave a note in your post box notifying you of the missed delivery and where you may collect your parcel from; or how to arrange a re-delivery. It is important that you don't provide us with a PO BOX for delivery. Squire Australia needs a street address to deliver.
All International orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes and you are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Squire Australia accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and will not accept a return or refund of goods purchased if the charges are not paid. For all international orders there will be a flat AU$ 29.00 fee for the delivery. Parcels will go via Australia Post or Courier Services and will normally take 7-14 business days for delivery to you.
New Zealand and Oversears customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. Squire Australia recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery to our address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Squire Australia will not be held accountable for any losses.
