Squire Shoes Media
Squire Shoes has the pleasure to reveal that our British-style luxury men’s footwear has been listed by Bupa Travel Insurance as a leading choice for international men of mystery. The recently published article by the insurance firm, ‘Style Guide: The Perfect Designer Shoes for Travelling’, recommends bringing along a pair or two (or three) of Squire’s leather shoes when you’re heading out of the country, noting that you’ll feel right at home sporting these English classics in London.
You’ll be struck by the practicality and elegance of men’s shoes as you confidently stroll the high streets of London, whether you’re visiting for work or for a fun getaway. Packing a pair of Squires means you’ll not only fit in, but also stand out with their fine silhouette and high-quality materials.
At Squire we create shoes based on what you request – and this means never holding back on comfort or style. A lot of our inspiration indeed comes from British fashion, which also plays a major role in the fashion choices made by ambitious Australian men. We strive to ensure that you can gallivant around London, or any global city, without having to worry that your footwear will slow you down. At Squire, our main objective is comfort.
When asked by Bupa to nominate one particular shoe from our range, we found it hard to go passed the Tryant model. Designed with a soft calf leather upper, a leather lining and insole, it also features Squire’s uniquely created highly resilient rubber sole. This ensures you’ll be able to hold up from the start of your early business day, right through to late nights enjoying London’s lively nightlife. An integral part of our style at Squire is providing our clients with a variety of colour choices to go with our timeless designs, which is why the Tryant is available with houndstooth and camouflage patterns, as well as a more understated black or brown.
One of the most unique design features of the Tryant is the shallow toe, which creates a distinctive silhouette. We put great effort into ensuring that we could retain this sleek look and sharp toe without cramping the toes. It is no surprise then that the Tryant is the perfect shoe for your next business or leisure trip to London.

It isn't just his lovely partner Anna, who keeps him looking good. It's the small collection of Squire shoes he has sitting in his wardrobe. Ever since walking into the Paddington store more than two years ago, Tim hardly strays out of his leather lined beauties.
A pair of Squires can perfectly finish off any outfit.

"Hass Murad is the epitome of a modern day gentlemen"
In 2013 Hass founded Sydney Men's style and erupted onto social media platforms. Catapulting himself to the very forefront of Male fashion in Sydney. He is truly a style icon. With a creative direction like and style like his, it was only a matter of time until Hass outgrew his home and set off for the big apple.
He now spends his time back and forth between Sydney and New York, continually developing relationships with top tier labels and designers, ourselves included. We're just glad we can be apart of his journey.
Naturally of course, he couldn't pick just one pair of Squires so he's building quite the little collection.

The first thing Billy Slater does as soon as he flies north of the border, is stop by the Paddington store and pick up a new set of wheels.
As soon as he laced up his first pair of Squires oh so many years ago, the Melbourne Storm and Queensland fullback knew that ours were the shoes for him. The Clive Churchill and Dally M medallist often swaps his studs for Squires, his pick of the range is Grind - Black. The sharp profile finishes a suit off perfectly.
This bloke's bloke has got quite the impressive resume, which begs the answer to the question, Is there anything he can't do?
Ever since leaving the NRL in 2012 due to a neck injury Dan has ventured off and succeeded in many different fields. He graced the front pages of magazines as a male model and even found himself on TV screens around the globe on Geordie Shore. For the past couple of years however all his efforts have gone into establishing his Functional 45 training centres, which have taken Australia and the world by storm. Whenever he is out of the gym, Dan likes to get around town in his Squires. Vantage is his pick of the bunch.
To put the icing on the cake, Dan is a finalist in the 2015 Cleo Bachelor of the year. You can vote for him by following this link.
If there's one thing about our shoes, it's that they are internationally beautiful.
Timothy here is a male model. He is of english descent so naturally, he loves his shoes. As soon as he got into a pair of Thief - Navy suede he was sold. Maybe it was the full nappa leather upper, maybe it was the full leather lining? Perhaps the memory-foam inner sole or the recycled car tyre outer sole?
Whatever it was, Tim was sold and that was enough for us.
Chris Perceval moved overseas, grew his beard and landed an international modelling deal. This pretty much made him one of the hottest guys on the planet.
Now, we don't want to take all the credit but we like to feel our kicks had something to do with it. You're welcome Chris ;)
The 6 foot 2, inked up, 26 year old from Manly took the world by storm and has landed gigs for all the biggest names in fashion. Chris was working in a bar in London when a model approached him and said, "you've got this look, you might as well capitalise on it." And that he did!
Chris' pick of the range was James - Tan and boy does he rock them!
