Squire Australia, including our partners, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties associated with running the Website, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaim all liability and responsibility for any loss or damage that might be suffered by you or any third party caused by the Website or the products sold on it including, without limitation, loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence.
In order to purchase products from the Website, you will need to create a Squire Australia account prior to making a purchase. You must also create a Squire Australia account.
As an account holder you are required to provide Squire Australia with accurate personal information.
As an safeguard to fraud prevention we may require proof of identification of the cardholder prior to releasing the order.

Payment can be made online by credit and debit card. Our credit and debit card processing is carried out by Eway Payments.

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
GST is subject to change and users of the Squire Australia Website will not be informed by Squire Australia if a change occurs.
All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.
Squire Australia attempts to present the availability of stock accurately however stock availability constantly varies and is only valid at the time shown.
Squire Australia will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email and by phone. Account holders must provide a valid email address and phone number to Squire Australia for this purpose.
From time to time, Squire Australia will also send you marketing material. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list.
You may cancel you order in full before the order is dispatched by Squire Australia. Squire Australia will refund you in full for the orders cancelled and will not charge you a cancellation fee.
However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.
Squire Australia also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
- You provide an unauthorised credit card
- We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
- You provide invalid personal details
- If, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity
- The product has become unavailable
- If, for any reason, we don’t reasonably believe we can successfully complete delivery
SUSPENSION AND/OR TERMINATION
If you breach these terms and conditions, Squire Australia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.
If you are awaiting delivery of products, Squire Australia reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.
Squire Australia delivers to Australia usually within 2-5 working days free of charge. For all orders outside Australia there is a flat delivery charge of AUD$ 29.00.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
All international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Squire Australia accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
Squire Australia shall not be liable for any loss or damage which occurs as a result of any virus or breach of security. Squire Australia does not give any warranties as to the compatibility of the Website with your computer systems, software and/or hardware.
You may return items purchased at Squire Australia for a full refund within 21 days of purchase.
To qualify for a full refund items must be in an unworn, undamaged and unmarked condition and in their original undamaged shoe box or packaging.
For returns to Squire Australia from New Zealand and other countries, of shoes purchased from Squire Australia the cost of shipping must be paid in full by you prior to acceptance by Squire Australia. You may choose to return the product to Squire Australia for a full refund if the product is faulty when you receive it. Faults will be assessed by our Customer Service Centre. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you.
Overseas customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. Squire Australia recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery to our address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy and will only be made to the original account used for payment. In some limited circumstances we may make a refund to an alternate account if the original has been cancelled or is not available.
Squire Australia will not consider requests for refunds after 21 days of purchase. Unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Service operator.

LOSS OF GOODS
The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to you. In the case of New Zealand and overseas deliveries you authorise for the goods to be collected at your specified address and delivered to our head office. Squire Australia will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or liability as a result of this authority.
This contract will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Website, or the products purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.
When you register your personal details to establish an account or to place an order, a secure server is used. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send through this website. Squire Australia makes no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and accept no responsibility for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.
